Our Medication & Wellness Services

At SRK Care at Home, we provide medication reminder and wellness check services for seniors age 65 and older across Maryland. Many older adults manage several prescriptions on different schedules, and a missed or doubled dose can undo weeks of progress. Our caregivers do not administer, prepare, measure, or dispense medications. They provide verbal reminders, daily check-ins, and routine observation to help seniors take medications on time as directed by their healthcare provider, and report missed doses or changes in condition to family. Eligible seniors may also receive support through Maryland Medicaid, LTSS, In-Home Aides Services, and Home and Community-Based Services.
